GENERAL NOTES/COMMENTS: <br />GPI arr�ves at Boeing facilit� 45-08 Truck Dump building to perform ongoing visual and equipment <br />monitoring and testing procedures of concrete floor surface preparation for coating application. GPI <br />performs ambient cond�tion testing on exterior floor building area. GPI arrived at 6:45am to visually <br />witness the weighing and reading of the quantitative Moisture Meter Test and found test to be satisfactory <br />to proceed with first coat of Koster. Test #lpulled off at 6:OOam and weighed 34.91b with a difference of <br />2.61b. Test #2 pulled off at 6:02am and weighed 34.41b difference of 2.41b. Test #3 pulled 6:04am <br />weighed 34.81b difference 2.Slb. <br />GPI found oil staining along with rust staining and will be SSPC-SP1 prior to coating. GPI also found a <br />hole in concrete that will be repaired accoraing to ICRI repair procedures. Long Paint crew is putting up <br />plastic containment and will return on Tuesday 29.2412.
