A copy of the Federal Communication Commission's new 6409 rule is enclosed for your information. <br /> Scope of Work <br /> AT&T proposes the following minor modifications to this site. Swap three existing remote radio heads with three new <br /> remote radio heads on the existing tower. No changes are proposed to the antennas.
