M1512-063 <br />SITE ADDRESS: 1520 COLBY AVE <br />DESCRIPTION OF WORK: REPLACE GAS WATER HEATER <br />EXPIRATION DATE: 06/18/2016 <br />Work under this expired permit is no longer authorized. <br />Sections 105.5 and R105.5 of the International Building Code and International Residential Code <br />state that permits become invalid if the work is not commenced or is suspended or abandoned for <br />more than 180 days. If work has been completed, you may request final inspection within 14 days of <br />the mailing date of this letter.
