<br />Attached are the additional documents you requested for the Public Works Permit Application I submitted on Monday for the Department of Ecology Everett
<br />Smelter Lowland project. The file shows the locations of the two optional locations and a typical well schematic. Drilling and construction of the monitoring
<br />wells will be conducted by a Washington State licensed driller in general accordance with the Minimum Standards for Construction and Maintenance of Wells
<br />(Chapter 173-160 WAC).
