Benyam Stephanos <br />From: Michael Brick <br />Sent: Thursday, April 05, 2012 10:13 AM <br />To: Benyam Stephanos <br />Subject: Alley Closure east of Colby <br />Benyam, <br />After speaking with the applicant Traffic is OK with the application for soil boring in the alley behind 2723-2733 Colby, <br />with the following conditions: <br />The sidewalk closure along Colby Ave fronting this property must either <br />1) Maintain a minimum 4 foot wide traveled way around the work zone during the entire duration of work — or <br />2) Place "Sidewalk Closed" signs on Type II barricades at each end of the closure and "Sidewalk Closed Ahead" <br />signs at the nearest crosswalk in each direction to the closure. <br />The sidewalk closure may not take place between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. <br />Type III barricades with "Alley Closed" signs (or equivalent) must be placed at each end of the alley closure work zone <br />during the entire duration of work. <br />I have not other time of day or day of week restrictions.
