Exhaust outlets should be located per IMC 501.3.1 for minimum <br />separations from intakes and property lines. <br />Applicable codes include: 2012 International Building Code (IBC), the 2012 International Fire <br />Code (IFC), the 2012 International Mechanical Code (IMC), the 2009 Washington State Energy <br />Code (WSEC), and the Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities A117.1-2009 (ICC/ANSI) <br />adopted by the State of Washington, as amended by the City of Everett Municipal Code (EMC). <br />These comments address building issues only. Revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). <br />All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed <br />structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
