Customer acknowledges the following:
• This is a 2-year contract term unless One Step receives written notice 90 days prior to
anniversary date of Oct 01.
• All version upgrades, service packs and updates are handled by ONE STEP, not Customer.
• Further expansion, additional modules and additional users can be added at any time. The costs
for these additions will be provided at ONE STEP's standard rates.
One Step Systems acknowledges the following:
• Customer Backup— One Step shall provide Customer a restorable copy of the Customer's database
in Microsoft SQL server format as of December 31 of each calendar year. In addition to such end-
of-year database copy, One Step shall also, upon Customer written request, provide Customer one
mid-year copy of the Customer's database in a restorable Microsoft SQL Server format each
calendar year. The restorable Microsoft SQL server database provided to Customer shall be within
the extended support phase of the Microsoft Support Lifecycle policy.
One Step Agreement 2016.docx
