The 65 repl�icement trees must be a minimum of 3-5 gallons in size. b. An alternative plant must be selected rather than the Serviceberry which the Planning Department considers a shrub (coordinatE� with Steve Ingalsbe 425-257-8941). 5. Record a geological hazardous covenant prior to cutting. 6. Replanting must occur immediately after cutting or submit an assurance device worth 300% of the cost of the plant materials and installation. 7. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works Inspector, such as silt fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. 8. Remove erosic�n control measures upon completion of the project prior to approval of the permit. 9. No dirt, mud, n�cks or debris to be tracked onto roadway.
