Reference Punchlist Items above. <br />UNRESOLVED PROBLEM ITEMS:(Items continue in subsequent reports until resolved — updates are noted <br />by date and Report # in bold): <br />36.13 During installation of the new skylight over the Lobby, some of the existing drywall appears to have <br />become damaged. Repairs should be made as necessary. <br />Update 10/03/16 Report #37: It was indicated that paint and/or sheetrock work would be performed as <br />necessary. At the east side of the skylight, the sheet metal flashing appears to be warped. The use of <br />mechanical fasteners or adhesives were discussed, to ensure a unifornl appearance. <br />Update 10/21/16 Report #39: The skylight was removed and the bent sheet metal flashing to cover the <br />extra framing was replaced. The damaged drywall was painted over with new paint and the skylight was <br />reinstalled. Item Resolved. <br />Update 11/08/16 Report #40: The paint does not appear to match the adjacent existing paint. It was <br />indicated by Dennis (Wayne's) that matching paint would be obtained from CT personnel and new paint <br />would be applied. <br />—=---=-� <br />
