The
decision on the certificates is made with recommendation from the Historical Commission.
We have two certificates to be signed -- one for a deck on the McCabe Building (3120 Hewitt) and one for alterations to
the Evergreen Building (1909 Hewitt). These have both gone to the Historical Commission for review and they
recommended approval.
I have attached the two certificates. Could you please print them out, sign them, and send them up to me for the files?
I'm running a little behind on this paperwork, so I have already put the dates in. The plans for these improvements have
already been submitted to Building, and I have reviewed and approved them for historical considerations.
Please let me know if you have any questions, Kirk. And thanks for your help.

Cert of
propriateness.doc (;

Cert of
propriateness.doc (;
Jan Meston
Community Development Specialist
City of Everett
Department of Planning and Community Development
425-257-7164
1/
Z
