Here is a summary of our findings. <br />Construction work without required permits was abserved being perforrned adjacent to the main eniry area and <br />in one dwelling unit at the south east portion of the building. Additional areas that were not observed could be <br />included in this construction activity. The work within the observed areas includes Electrical work, Plumbing <br />work, Mechanical work and general canstruction work. <br />Same of the work was being performed or has been installed in violation of adopted codes. <br />3. Access to view the concerns was granted by the tenants and or workmen on site. <br />4. The owr�er (Debbie Buse @ 425-530-9354) was s�immoned by someone an site and was able to meet us to <br />discuss the concerns. It was expiained to Ms. Buse that permits were required and that alf work should stop <br />until the permits were secured. Plans will be required for the perrr�it submi�tal. <br />S.
