1 MYTHICS- <br /> Unrivaled Oracle Expertise <br /> Acceptance Criteria <br /> Time and Materials(T&M) <br /> Client has ten(10)business days to inspect and acknowledge full delivery of the Services to be provided by <br /> Mythics hereunder upon completion and delivery of the Services by Mythics.Client will indicate such <br /> acknowledgement by signing Mythics'Project Completion Form,a sample of which is attached as <br /> Appendix A.If Client fails to provide such acknowledgement within the ten(10)business days of receiving <br /> final deliverables,Client agrees that the Services shall be deemed fully delivered to Client,even if Client <br /> has not signed the Mythics Project Completion Form.If Client believes that Mythics has not fully delivered <br /> the Services to be provided hereunder and refuses to sign the Project Completion Form on that basis,Client <br /> shall identify in reasonable detail the specific Services or deliverables which Client believes were not <br /> delivered,with specific reference to the corresponding sections of this SOW,via written notice to Mythics <br /> within such(10)business day period.Following Mythics'receipt of any such notification,the parties shall <br /> cooperate in good faith to promptly address and resolve any remaining Service delivery requirements. <br /> Upon Mythics'delivery of the remaining Services,if any, Client's right to inspect and acknowledge full <br /> delivery shall be as stated above. <br /> Page 4 of 11 1439 N.Great Neck Rd.Virginia Beach,VA 23454 <br /> Revised 11.4.16 866.MYTHICS I www.mythics.com <br />
