• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5891 <br /> A Resolution Placing the <br /> Lettelier House <br /> 2510 Baker Avenue <br /> on the <br /> Everett Register of Historic Places <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett adopted Ordinance 1355-87 (amended 1956-93) <br /> authorizing the Everett Historical Commission to consider the merits of properties for <br /> placement on the Everett Register of Historic Places and to recommend to City Council <br /> that properties be placed on the Everett Register; and <br /> WHEREAS, the owner of the Lettelier House at 2510 Baker Avenue, Mr. Steve Fox, <br /> requested the Everett Historical Commission to consider the house for inclusion on the <br /> Everett Register of Historic Places; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett Historical Commission reviewed the request at a public hearing <br /> and determined that the Lettelier House,built in 1908, is at least 50 years old, has <br /> integrity, and meets the following criteria for inclusion on the Everett Register: <br /> • Embodies distinctive architectural characteristics of a type, period and style of <br /> construction; and <br /> • Is associated with the lives of persons significant to local history; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1. The Everett City Council concurs with the recommendation of the Everett <br /> Historical Commission to place the Lettelier House on the Everett Register of <br /> Historical Places. <br />
