ti <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5878 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of the southern portion of <br /> the alley located in Block 623, Plat of Everett <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage abutting the southern portion of <br /> the alley, legally described as follows: <br /> All of that portion of the north/south alley lying adjacent to the south 1/2 foot of lot 7 and <br /> all of lots 8 through 16, Block 623, Plat of Everett, according to the plat thereof, <br /> recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 32, records of Snohomish County, Washington: <br /> and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned for the vacation of said right-of-way; <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for public <br /> hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> that a public hearing be set for April 11th, 2007 at 8:30A.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, <br /> at 3002 Wetmore Avenue, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid right-of-way as herein <br /> described. <br /> �- :._I , <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of March, 2007. <br /> : C Q <br /> Co or it Presidio <br />
