The staircases are located on the <br />northeastern and the southeastern corners of the building. The plans indicate that the landing for the <br />southeastern staircase will receive six 2-inch pin piles, and the landing for the northeastern staircase will <br />also receive six pin piles. <br />We were provided with the following documents: <br />• Sheets S-2 "Foundation Plan" and Sheet A-1 "Paving Plan" of the plans titled "City of Everett — <br />Water Pollution Control Facility — Maintenance Facility," prepared by CG engineering, dated <br />July 3, 3014. <br />
