Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2012 International Building Cocle,) (2012 Tn�ernacional Residential Code,) as amei�ded by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than il" x 17". <br />1. Provide plan view of spaces adjacent to addition. Label all spaces for the intended use <br />of the space. <br />2. Specify how you are obtaining the 0.5 energy credit required for additions that are <br />under 750 S.F. per table 406.2 WA State Energy Code (WSEC). <br />3. Show how additional living space is provided with light per section R303 International <br />Residential Code (IRC). <br />4. Show how rigid insulation is protected from impact and exposure to ultra-violet light <br />where exposed above grade. (Insulation is required to be continuous at the perimeter of <br />the heated space). <br />5. The slab-on-grade in the garage is required to be sloped to the main vehicle entrance. <br />Show minimum requirements on plans. <br />6.
