Plan design shows an overview on "sheet 1 of 4" of the entire structure including <br />the proposed addition and garage. <br />2. Exceeded the required energy credit with the installation of a ductless HVAC <br />permit #M1412-006, <br />3. Additional (natural) light will be added with a 4x4 or better X-O vinyl insutated <br />window and 2— 2x4 skylights. <br />4. Design change with the foundation as referenced by i/4 and j/4. Replacement of <br />monopour foundation concept to stem wall to further simplify insulation and fire <br />break requirements. <br />5. Reference design change to foundation. i/4 and j/4. <br />6. Smoke alarms added to the overview design plan. Sheet #1 of 4/ e-1, f-1, g-1. <br />7. Carbon detector added to the overview design plan. Sheet #1 h-1 <br />8. No exposed insulation in the garage. All exposed walls closed according to code <br />requirements.
