Please review and respond to the comments <br />below. Plan review will resume when the requested information is submitted. All required submittals must be <br />of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structures will be constructed in compliance <br />with all adopted codes, with two sets of drawings submitted for revisions. <br />Structural <br />1. For new free-standing signs, please either provide stamped engineering calculations by a Washington <br />State Licensed engineer or more detailed drawings showing how the sign will be supported to resist <br />forces from wind, gravity and seismic loading, per IBC 1603.1, to include: <br />a. Foundations <br />b. Materials <br />c. Sizes <br />d. Attachments <br />2. The drawing with sign height has a discrepancy on page 4 relative to the dimension above ground. <br />Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will recommence. <br />Applicable codes include the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) and the 2012 International Fire Code <br />(IFC), as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. Revisions or additions may <br />be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning, or Fire).
