Our services included providing onsite <br />observations and testing on a part-time from June 22 to July 31, 2015. Our representatives <br />made three site visits to observe or test building foundation subgrade and building slab backfill. <br />Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support <br />of the proposed structure. <br />Our representative conducted two field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test <br />Designation D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). One representative soil samples were returned <br />to our laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in <br />accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor). Density test results indicate adequate <br />compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the building slab backfill. <br />Based on our observations and testing, the earthwork construction was accomplished in <br />accordance with the project plans and our geotechnical recommendations. <br />1Yl)5 - E�t>lh �'lace N.�..
