Plan review will <br />resume when the requested information is submitted. Please review and respond to the <br />comments below. All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure <br />that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two sets of construction documents which reflect <br />the corrections requested. Unaffected sheets do not have to be resubmitted. E- <br />mailed sheet revisions are acceptable, if you would specify the drawing size. <br />General <br />1. Please include the mechanical and fire codes in project data on Sheet T1,0. <br />Occupancy <br />1. Please revise the occupant load and occupancy throughout the set per your recent e- <br />mail regarding business use, per IBC table 1004.1.1. <br />Energy <br />1. Please show or scope lighting reduction controls on the drawings, per WSEC C405.2.1.2. <br />2. Please show or scope additional lighting controls on the drawings, per WSEC C405.2.2. <br />Deferred Permits Requiring Drawings <br />1. Mechanical, sign, and suppression permits should be submitted as separate permit <br />applications. <br />a. The toilet room exhaust is required to be minimum either 50 CFM continuous, or <br />70 CFM intermittent, per IMC table 403.3. <br />Applicable codes include the 2012 International Building Code (IBC), the 2012 International Fire <br />Code (IFC), the 2012 International Mechanical Code (IMC), the 2012 Washington State Energy <br />Code (WSEC), as amended by the by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of <br />Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the Accessible and Usable <br />Buildings and Facilities A117.1-2009 (ICC/ANSI). Federa/ADA regulations and standards may <br />be more restrictive. <br />
