Marine View Drive Building C
Good morning,
We received a citizen report this week that the accessible parking on the site is not adequately marked. Since there is a
current permit application in review, a revised corrections letter will be sent with specific requirements to resolve the
accessible parking requirements.
For any property, if there is an accessible parking complaint, Permit Services researches the last permitted drawings and
does a site review. The accessible parking has to either be restored to the last permitted site plan, or a new site plan
should be submitted to meet current code.
I will give you more details in the revised corrections letter that will be sent out later today.
rteg
M EG HALEY, Ra City of Everett Permit Services
3200 Cedar St, Everett, WA 98201 T 425.257.8813
mhaley@everettwa.ov vwJ Ever-a.;;ovPrmits
1
