Marine Vie�v D�•, iiz Everett, WA, 98201, parcel <br />number 29051800301200. The 0.18 acre parcel is bei�lg t�sec� in its etitirety by Snoliomish <br />Pnblic Utility District as a single-bank electric substation that Itas been in service since 1970, <br />�vitli the required substation exclusionaty fe�tcing located at the parcel boundary. No other <br />land uses occuc on this prope�-ty. The adjacent property to tl�e north, �vest and south is <br />federally o�vned and in use by the U. S. Navy. To the east is W. Marine View lli•iva. <br />The substation eguipment has reached the end of its design life and is i►3 need of <br />maitttenance, ►•efurbishment and ieplace�net�t, with work planned for 2015. Ali work will <br />take place i��side the bounds of the current substatioi� fence, and will be for tlae pucpose of <br />maintaining the curt•ent lattd use, with appropriate technotogical upgrades. <br />SEFA state n�les listed in WAC 197-1 I-800 (23)(e) exempts developntent inside of an <br />electeica( substatiai fence from threshold determination ancf F,IS requireme��ts, subject to the <br />rules aiid limitations on categocical eYemptions co«tained i►i WAC 197-11-305. <br />In addition, the substation parcel does not include, nor is it knowi� to be adjacent to, at�y <br />lands meetii�g the criteria for wetlatlds or otl�ef• ct•itical ai•eas as lisfed in the G�•o�vth <br />Ma�iagemetit Act and Everett City Cocfe, nor is it �vithii1200 feet of tl�e fedecal o�• state <br />defi►ied Ocdinary High Water Mark for tlie nearby Puget Sot»id marine wate�•s.
