Please <br />submit revisions, with a response letter indicating how all corrections are resolved on the plan <br />set. All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the <br />proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. The following <br />items had been discussed on 12/7/2015, but drawings showing the scope of work were not <br />included in the permit application for building permit plan review. <br />General <br />1. The work shown as new on the permit submitted in 1990 should be shown as new on <br />this permit, since the inspections were not completed per attached: <br />a. Permit 25276 drawings for change of occupancy from house to office. <br />b. Summary of permits, inspections, and request for final inspections on permits <br />B3043, 25577, and 25276. <br />Co truction <br />1. 'The scope of work shown on the 1990 drawings to change the occupancy of the building <br />from a house to an office also needs to be shown on this permit.
