3. Inspections
The General Permit requires that the erosion and sediment control measures be
inspected at least once every seven days and within 24 hours after any storm event
greater than 0.5 inches of rain per 24 hour period to ensure that sediment does not
leave the mined area and that the area is not eroding. Responsible CalPortland
personnel will inspect, maintain, and repair all construction site BMPs to assure
continued performance of their intended functions. A log of all such inspections will be
maintained on-site. Copies of the logs will be sent to Matthew Hinck, CalPortland
Environmental Manager.
4. Maintenance
All structural and stabilization practices will be maintained as necessary to ensure
continued performance of their intended function.
5. Plan Update
This Erosion and Sediment Control Plan will be updated if there are any changes in
design or operations that affect stormwater discharges or the information in this plan.
6. Record Keeping
Glacier must maintain a current copy of the General Permit (including the Notice of
Intent), this Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, the Stormwater Pollution Prevention
Plan, and the Emergency Spill Response Plan at the nearby Everett Ready M
operation. Copies of all plans and related information are also retained by Glacier's
Washington Division Environmental Manager.
Certification
I have read this plan and to the best of my knowledge, it is reflective of conditions at
this site.
,
  V' ect v er i i .5"/i
 ;
Name and Title `
Date
