ACTION ITEMS: (9) CB 1610-44 —3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing a Special Improvement Project entitled "North Everett Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety" Fund 303 Program 093 as established by Ordinance No. 3243-11. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Energy Efficiency Contract with Snohomish County Public Utilities District for an exterior lighting upgrade at the South Police Precinct in the amount of $5,337.50. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 1 to the Police Headquarters Cleaning and Repair project with Alpine Waterproofing in the amount of $246,620.00. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign this and subsequent Magnet Forensics estimates accepting their End-User License Agreement in the amount of $2,593.50.
