The consumption and minimum monthly <br /> water charges for individual metered services outside the City limits shall be computed <br /> in the same manner as for Residential metered customers within the City and then a <br /> multiplier of twenty-five percent of this amount shall be added to the water charge so <br /> computed. In addition, a charge of$0.68 per 100 cu. ft. or $4.08 minimum filtration <br /> charge shall be added to arrive at the total monthly charge. No multiplier shall be added <br /> to the filtration charge. <br /> 2. Master Meters <br /> a. Master meter rates shall .be required for water districts, water associations or other <br /> organizations providing water service to 16 or more permanent services. <br /> Organizations serving less than 16 services and all other customers shall be charged <br /> at the individual meter rate. <br /> b. The consumption charges for master meters shall be as follows: <br /> i. For master meters connected east of the Snohomish River, the water <br /> charge shall be: <br /> Meter Charge $407.23 per meter/per month <br /> Water Charge (exclusive of meter charge) .5707 per 100 cu.ft. <br /> In addition to said water charge there shall be added a twenty percent rate <br /> multiplier to the water charge and a filtration charge of$0.68 per 100 cu. ft.to <br /> arrive at the total monthly charge. No multiplier shall be added to the <br /> filtration charge. <br /> ii. For master meters connected west of the Snohomish River, the water charge <br /> shall be the same as the Commercial/lndustrial/Govemmental water rate. <br /> In addition to said water charge and applicable meter charge, there shall be <br /> added a twenty percent rate multiplier and a filtration charge of $0.68 per <br /> 100 cu. ft. to arrive at the total monthly charge. No multiplier shall be added <br /> to the meter charge or the filtration charge. <br /> 3. Service Connection Charges. Service connection installations outside the City limits of <br /> all sizes shall be charged at the actual cost of the complete installation but in no event <br /> �9 <br />
