December 9, 2.014
PUBL/C LYO/!/
Mr. Jesse WofFord
6012 Beverly I_ane #B
Everett, WA 98203
Owner: Rocking Jay's Investments LLC & CWJ Investments LLC
Job Address: 4218 Rucker Avenue
Plan Check No: PW1412-032
RE: Public Works Plan Review Comments/Corrections
Dear Mr. Wofiford,
In response to the application for a Public Works permit, the plans have been examined and
you are advised that revisions may be necessary before a permit can be issued. Please review
and respond to the comments below.
1. Storrnwater runoff from the existing impervious gravel area currently drains to the alley.
New pavement areas should be sloped to direct stormwater to the alley at
approximately the southwest corner of the property. Please show slope arrows on the
site plan to indicate this.
2. Pavement should extend from the edge of the paved alley to the property line. If
Port.land Cement Concrete is used for paving the lot, then a full depth expansion joint
should be installed at the rear property line to allow the area between the existing edge
of avement in the alley and the property line to be removed and replaced independent
of the paving on private property.
3. Nev pavement should be installed with a smooth transition to the existing pavement in
the alley. Please show the alley right-of-way and the approximate existing edge of
pavement on the site plan.
These corriments are in addition and complementary to the comments provided in the review
letter for kuilding permit application B1412-009. Please feel free to contact me with any
questions or concerns regarding this letter.
Since ely,

Paul McKee
Permit Services Manager
425-257-8867 pmckee@everettwa.gov
CITY OF EVERETT • 3200 Cedar Street • Everett, WA 98201 •(425) 257-8800 • Fax (425) 257-8882
