(15) Authorize the Mayor to sign Interagency Agreement between the Administrative Office of the Courts and the Everett Municipal Court to continue participation in the state-funded interpreting reimbursement program. (16) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Hazard Mitigation Grant Agreement with the Washington State Military Department for updating the Hazard Mitigation plan in the local contribution amount of $25,000.
