There were fees paid with the submittal of this permit <br />which can now be rolled into permit B1608-014. The new value of 61608-014 should be $11,635.00, per Ryan. <br />Grace, I understand that you received the revisions earlier this week, which you are slip-sheeting. If I could review the <br />final sets before moving it up front, that would be great! The freestanding ��Blade element" sign tower is NOT proposed and has been removed from drawings. <br />2. Construct wood framed wall elements w/ cement board siding at drive-thru windows #1 &#2. <br />3. Construct 10' wood framed wall element w/ horizontal siding adjacent to drive-thru window #2. <br />Includes removal of existing Burger King logo sign. Sign will not be reset. <br />4. Existing dining room seating to be replaced. New seating and finishes per decor drawings will be <br />installed as originally proposed. <br />All existing signs to remain, excluding logo sign as listed in item #3 above. No new signs proposed, no new <br />sign permit required. <br />Attached is the contractor's estimate for the revised scope of work for the Burger King at 2424 Broadway. <br />
