The fence sha I be no greater than 42 inches in height in the front yard (shortest property frontage, unless otherwise noted or previously determined). 6. Fence shall bE� no greater than 36 inches in height within the 15ft sight triangles at the intersection of the roadway and the alley/intersecting roadway. 7. Contact the City of Everett Public Works Inspector Jim Knappert at 425-339-7404 prior to starting a�nstruction and with all other inspection requests. See attached to request an inspec:tion. 8. This fence constructed within the public right-of -way must be removed or relocated at the owner's expense if the City ever requires use of the right-of-way for municipal purposes. 9. The fence posts shall not impact existing underground utilities. Where a utility is located, posts shall be no closer than 2' to the existing utility. 10. The face of the fence shall be no closer than flush with the edge of sidewalk and shail not encroach into the exisitng sidewalk width. A clear pedestrian walking path must be maintained at all times.
