The antennas may be replaced by obtaining a building/electrical permit. We understand you are currently
working with the City's Real Property Division concerning leasing issues.
Please note the antennas and cabling must be painted to match the existing building exterior color in order to minimize
visual impacts. Please also provide an extra plan set (11x17") with the building permit application for Planning
Department files.
Thankyou
Regards,
Dave Tyler, Senior Planner
City of Everett Planning/Community Development Department
2930 Wetmore Ave, Suite S-A
Everett, WA 98201
425-257-7155
From: Gary Abrahams [mailto:gary.abrahams@telcopacific.com]
Sent: Tuesday, May 28, 2013 4:15 PM
To: Dave Tyler
Cc: gary.abrahams@telcopacific.com
Subject: FW: Proposed redesign of T-Mobile's installation (SE01510, DT Everett) - 2930 Wetmore
Hi Dave-
Per our voice mails, attached is the latest set of plans which have also been reviewed by Barbara Hardman in property
services. The antenna ballasts will be removed from the upper penthouse roof, and the antennas flush mounted to the
side of the parapet walls (less visible). Let me know your thoughts on whether you think this requires any land use
permits, or if a BP is sufficient.
Thanks,
Gary Abrahams
For T-Mobile USA
206-349-4279
No virus found in this message.
Checked by AVG - www.av.com
Version: 2013.0.3343 / Virus Database: 3184/6369 - Release Date: OS/30/13
