The <br />praposed project consists of moving the antennas from the top of the rooftop penthouse to <br />the fa�ade of the penthouse, witll the anteiulas flush mounted to the fa4ade. Asso��iated <br />equipment (RRU's, dipleYers, TMA's) will be located adjacent to the antennas. All <br />antennas and equipment will be painted to inatch to blend in with the building. The <br />existing radio cabinets on the roof will remain. <br />Submittal Documentation: <br />1. Check in the �motmt of $�93.25 to submittal fees for a valuation of <br />$45,000.00; <br />2. Four (4) set of construction drawings, 11" x 17" and foLir (4) sets of <br />construction drawing, 24" x 3G'; <br />3. T�vo (2) sets of structural calculations for thc proposed project, Cornerstone <br />Engineeri�lg, Rev. 1, dated April 30, 2013; <br />4. T�vo (2) sets of NIER reports, prepared by BJ Thomas, dated June 6, 2013; <br />1�2 <br />
