The proposed modification consists of changes to an existing rooftop site and <br />ground facility. The modifications will consist of the removal of 3 existing panel antennas, addition of 3 <br />new panel antennas, the addition of 3 remote radio units with cabling and addition of one new rectifier <br />on the ground. <br />Please find enclosed: <br />BP Application Form <br />(3) Construction Drawings <br />(2) Structural Analysis <br />Check # 0003142679 for $534.56 <br />The site is an existing unmanned wireless communications facility so a parking plan is not applicable. <br />Similarly, landscaping, irrigation, erosion and grading plans are not applicable because it is an existing <br />rooftop site and no changes are being made to the ground. A noise study is also not applicable because <br />no new noise generating equipment is being added to the site. This modification is exempt from SEPA <br />per WAC 197-11-800 (25)(a)(i).
