Our services included providing onsite <br />observations and testing on a part-time from January 26 to April 3, 2015. Our representatives <br />made 11 site visits to observe building foundation subgrade and test building slab backfiA. <br />Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support <br />of the proposed structures. <br />Our representative conducted 50 field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test Designation <br />D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). Three representative soil samples were returned to our <br />laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in <br />� accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor). Density test resuits indicate adequate <br />�� compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the building slab backfill. <br />Based �n our observations and testing, the earthwork construction was accomplished in <br />accordance with the project plans and our geotechnical recommendations. <br />,� _ - , ,��. . ,<< �: - �. �, ._ N _ ,. _ . -�r � � r-•„ �, _. .-r�� . � , <br />�IZ <br />
