Our services included providing onsite <br />observations and testing on a part-time frorn January 26 to April 3, 2015. Our represeniatives <br />�`�' made 11 site visits to observe building foundation subgrade and test building slab backfill. <br />;�:: <br />Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support <br />of the proposed structures. <br />Our representative conducted 50 field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test Designation <br />D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). Three representative soil sarnples were returned to our <br />laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density arad optimum moisture content in <br />accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor).
