December 7, 2016 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., December 7, 2016, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Murphy presiding. Upon roll <br /> call, it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, <br /> Murphy, Bader, and Franklin were present. Council Members Stonecipher <br /> and Tuohy were excused. <br /> Council Member Franklin led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the November 30, 2016, City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Roberts reported that the General Government <br /> Subcommittee's report is now available to the public, which includes a <br /> change that recommends that the Transportation Advisory Committee be <br /> engaged and informed and that it be revisited in six months. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session, not to exceed 20 <br /> minutes, concerning two legal matters pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(c) <br /> with an anticipated announcement to follow. <br /> 393 <br />
