December 7, 2016 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Stonecipher and Tuohy who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — MEDICAL WASTE PICKUP <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Waste Management <br /> Healthcare Solutions of Washington Customer Service Agreement <br /> for medical waste pickup in the approximate annual amount of$600. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Stonecipher and Tuohy who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — TRANSIT EDUCATION AND FIELD TRIP PROGRAM <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement for Transit <br /> Education and Field Trip Program with the Imagine Children's <br /> Museum in the amount of$24,000 annually, not to exceed $120,000. <br /> Tyler Rourke, Everett, stated his children enjoy the bus at the Imagine <br /> Children's Museum. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Stonecipher and Tuohy who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> The City Council meeting recessed for an executive session at 7:08 p.m. <br /> and reconvened at 7:31 p.m. <br /> 398 <br />
