December 14, 2016 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., December 14, 2016, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Murphy presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members <br /> Roberts, Murphy, Franklin, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Member Moore was excused. <br /> Council Member Tuohy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the December 7, 2016, City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. Council Members Stonecipher and Tuohy abstained <br /> from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Tuohy commented on her attendance at the Mayor's <br /> Holiday Reception in recognition • of the City of Everett Boards and <br /> Commissions and thanked volunteers for serving. <br /> Council Member Franklin echoed Council Member Tuohy's comments and <br /> thanked all Boards and Commissions volunteers. <br /> Council Member Roberts thanked citizens who served on the Boards and <br /> Commissions. He also announced that the tentative date for next General <br /> Government Subcommittee meeting is January 18, 2017. <br /> President Murphy reported on his attendance at the American Red Cross <br /> Centennial Heroes Breakfast. He also provided a liaison report on his <br /> attendance yesterday at the Snohomish Health District Board meeting. <br /> 400 <br />
