December 14, 2016 <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1611-53 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing the basic salary schedule for <br /> employees of the City of Everett for 2017 <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 1611-53, and the city clerk is directed to call the roll for the final disposition <br /> of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Murphy, Franklin, Bader, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Moore <br /> Ordinance No. 3527-16 adopted. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — ACTIVE DIRECTORY DOMAIN SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the <br /> CivicPlus Advantage contract to add Active Directory Domain <br /> Services in the amount of $3,138 including Washington State sales <br /> tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — RESTORATION PLAN FOR URBAN FORESTED <br /> AREAS <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services <br /> Agreement with Forterra NW to continue implementation of a <br /> 406 <br />
