Underground utility projects: Underground utility projects that replace the <br /> ground surface with in-kind material or materials with similar runoff <br /> characteristics are only subject to Minimum Requirement #2, Construction <br /> Stormwater Pollution Prevention. <br /> F. Combined Sewer System: Project sites, or portions of project sites, that <br /> potentially contribute stormwater to the City's latest designated Combined <br /> Sewer System shall not be subject to the Minimum Requirements. The <br /> Combined Sewer System routes stormwater for treatment at the publicly <br /> owned treatment works. Requirements for detention and flow control are <br /> determined by evaluating the capacity of the Combined Sewer System. <br /> (5) MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Minimum Requirement#1: Stormwater Site Plan Preparation <br /> A Stormwater Site Plan (SSP) shall be prepared for City review and approval. <br /> Stormwater Site Plans shall use site-appropriate development principles to <br /> retain native vegetation and minimize impervious surfaces to the extent <br /> feasible. Stormwater Site Plans shall be prepared in accordance with the <br /> City's Stormwater Management Manual. <br /> B. Minimum Requirement#2: Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention <br /> All new development and redevelopment projects are responsible for <br /> preventing erosion and discharge of sediment and other pollutants into <br /> receiving waters. Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention shall be <br /> provided in accordance with the City's Stormwater Management Manual. <br /> C. Minimum Requirement#3: Source Control of Pollution <br /> All known, available and reasonable source control BMPs shall be applied to <br /> the project site. Source control BMPs shall be selected, designed, and <br /> maintained according to Volume IV of the City's Stormwater Management <br /> Manual. <br /> 25 <br />
