The HSGP provides funding to implement investments that build, sustain, and deliver the 31 core <br /> capabilities essential to achieving the National Preparedness Goal (the Goal) of a secure and resilient Nation. The <br /> building, sustainment, and delivery of these core capabilities are not exclusive to any single level of government, <br /> organization, or community, but rather, require the combined effort of the whole community. This HSGP award <br /> consists of State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) funding in the amount of$6,493,000.00, Urban Areas <br /> Security Initiative (UASI) funding in the amount of$5,500,000.00, and Operation Stonegarden (OPSG) funding in <br /> the amount of$1,519,908.00. The following counties received Operation Stonegarden funds: Clallam County, <br /> $310,045.00; Colville Tribe, $70,000.00; Ferry County, $100,000.00; Island County, $150,092.00; Jefferson <br /> County, $74,000.00; Okanogan County, $140,000.00; Pend Oreille County, $78,000.00; San Juan County, <br /> $140,000.00; Stevens County, $90,000.00; and Whatcom County, $367,771.00. <br /> Article II - Operation Stonegarden Program Hold <br /> The recipients are prohibited from drawing down or reimbursing sub-recipients of Operation Stonegarden (OPSG) <br /> funding provided through this award until each unique, specific or modified county level, tribal or equivalent <br /> Operations Order and or Frag Order has been reviewed, and approved by official notification by DHS/FEMA and <br /> )HS-EMD—Snohomish Co.
