This time off shall not be deducted from
accumulated sick leave or vacation.
Members of an employee's immediate family shall be defined as employee's spouse, domestic
partner, children, and step-children including domestic partner's children; parents, step-parents
and siblings of the employee, spouse or domestic partner; grandchildren, grandparents or step-
grandparents of the employee, spouse or domestic partner.
