5. Civil Service Educational Incentive Points. Effective January 1, 2011, employees will <br /> receive the following points on Civil Service promotional processes for Inspector, <br /> Assistant Fire Marshall, Medical Services Officer, Captain, Battalion Chief and Division <br /> Chief: <br /> 2 points for completion of Level I Educational Matrix hours or <br /> 4 points for completion of Level I & Level II Educational Matrix hours <br /> 2 points for an accredited fire related Associate's Degree or <br /> 4 points for an accredited Bachelor's Degree <br /> 28 <br />
