5. Hours awarded for the work will, to the extent possible, be equally distributed. <br /> IAFF Local 46 will monitor hours annually. Projects will not be split between <br /> employees unless mutually agreed to by Labor/Management. <br /> 6. Projects and employee selections will be determined by the Fire Administration <br /> using the criteria listed above. <br /> 7.
