ARTICLE 34 - NORTH BEND TRAINING FACILITY <br /> 1. Any Captain or Acting Captain assigned to the State Fire Service Training Facility at North <br /> Bend will be compensated as follows: <br /> Three hours of pay per day at the overtime rate in lieu of any and all other expenses. <br /> The City also agrees to pay the standard City mileage fee for one round trip from Everett <br /> to the North Bend facility for each week the employee is assigned to North Bend. <br /> 2. New-hire recruits who are required to attend the State Fire Service Training Facility at North <br /> Bend shall be paid a per diem equal to 90% of the hourly rate of a First Class Firefighter or <br /> the City can elect to pay for the recruit's meals. The payment is in lieu of any and all <br /> expenses incurred by the recruit. <br /> 45 <br />
