Amphetamines <br /> AMP/MAMP 500 ng/ml <br /> MDMA 500 ng/ml <br /> (1) If immunoassay is specific for free morphine, the initial test level is 25 ng/ml. <br /> If initial test results are negative, testing shall be discontinued, all samples destroyed <br /> and records of the testing expunged from the employee's files. Only specimens <br /> identified as positive on the initial test shall be confirmed using gas <br /> chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) techniques at the following listed cutoff <br /> values. <br /> CONFIRMATORY TESTING: <br /> Marijuana (by blood draw) <br /> Cocaine metabolites2 100 ng/ml <br /> Opiate metabolites <br /> Morphine 2000 ng/ml <br /> Codeine 2000 ng/ml <br /> Phencyclidine 25 ng/ml <br /> Amphetamines <br /> Amphetamine 250 ng/ml <br /> Methamphetamine 250 ng/ml <br /> MDMA 250 ng/ml <br /> MDA 250 ng/ml <br /> MDEA 250 ng/ml <br /> (2) Benzoylecgonine <br /> If confirmatory testing results are negative, all samples shall be destroyed and records <br /> of the testing expunged from the employee's files. <br /> In the event screening levels as established by federal law change during the term of the <br /> Agreement, the parties agree to meet and bargain the changes for adoption. <br /> It is agreed to use only a blood draw for marijuana testing. Testing for marijuana levels will be a <br /> THC concentration of 4.00 nanogram per milliliter (ng/ml) or higher as shown by analysis of the <br /> person's blood. THC concentration means nanograms of delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol per <br /> milliliter of a person's whole blood. <br /> An employee who is allowed to re-enter the workforce after receiving a confirmed positive test <br /> must successfully complete the treatment and rehabilitation program prescribed by an SAP and <br /> must agree to an Everett Fire Department Last Chance Agreement. <br /> Drug test results gathered under this article will not be used in a criminal investigation or <br /> prosecution. <br /> 55 <br />
