ARTICLE 3 - PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS <br /> Upon receipt of a written and signed form from the employee authorizing payroll deduction, the <br /> City shall each month deduct Union dues and assessments from the employee's wages in the <br /> manner prescribed by law. The amount so deducted shall be mailed each month to the Union. <br /> Payroll deduction errors shall be adjusted within thirty (30) days after they become known and <br /> the Union, any employee or the City shall refund to the other any amounts paid, received or <br /> incorrectly withheld in error. <br /> 3 <br />
