Exhibit B Domestic and International Incentives 1. UPS shall provide to NJPA Member the custom rates set forth below contingent upon NJPA Member maintaining its current shipping characteristics under this Agreement. Rates for Additional Charges,as defined in the Agreement,are specified in Exhibit D. 2. The custom rates of the NJPA agreement increase every 52 weeks from the original effective date of the agreement. The first increase was scheduled for week ending June 8,2013. Subsequent increases will occur every 52 weeks thereafter.The negotiated increase is 4%. 3. UPS will calculate the incentives for all locations once per week and will bill Customer net after discount. 4. UPS Ground-The following rates will apply to packages billed via Prepaid,Freight Collect,Third Party,Return Service and Return Service Third Party.Residential Surcharges apply. WE. NJPA Ground Rate Charts Year 5_2016- Rates do not include Residential Surcharge UPS®Ground-Delivery. The minimum net charge for a package will be the same as the rate for a one pound,zone two Ground package as listed in the attached custom rate charts.UPS and Customer,further,agree that a 4.0%rate increase will apply to the custom Minimum Net Charge, 52 weeks from the effective date of this agreement, and every 52 weeks thereafter,for the term agreement. 5.
