April 15, 2015 <br /> Council Member Gipson questioned whether the City of Everett could take <br /> a look at the City of Seattle's Law Enforcement Assistant Diversion <br /> (LEAD) Program. He stated that it has been successful in assisting <br /> people off the streets and into rehabilitation programs. <br /> Mayor Stephanson stated that the City of Everett would take a look at the <br /> program and that Deputy City Attorney David Hall would talk about some <br /> of the efforts the city is doing around diversion later in the City Council <br /> meeting. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session following agenda item <br /> no. 7 concerning a legal matter pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i,c).
