April 22, 2015 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — COUNCIL BILL NO. 1504-09 <br /> Council President Bader opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill <br /> 1504-09, a proposed ordinance concerning Multiple Family Property Tax <br /> Exemption program requirements for "tenant displacement" and "building <br /> code deficiency," amending Section 7.D.2 of Ordinance No. 2347-98, as <br /> amended (EMC Chapter 3.78). <br /> Allan Giffen, Planning, provided a brief presentation. <br /> Council President Bader invited public comment. There were no citizens <br /> who wished to speak. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1504-09 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE concerning Multiple Family Property Tax <br /> Exemption program requirements for "tenant displacement" <br /> and "building code deficiency," amending Section 7.D.2 of <br /> Ordinance No. 2347-98, as amended (EMC Chapter 3.78) <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 1504-09 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> 116 <br />
